Supported and improved a financial billing and reconciliation system used for managing daily transactions, operational records, and reporting activities. Supervised a team of more than five members while maintaining approximately 99.9 percent transaction accuracy. Streamlined billing and reconciliation processes, reducing reconciliation time by around 15 percent through better data organization, spreadsheet modeling, and process controls. Prepared structured reports to support financial oversight, organizational compliance, and management decision-making while ensuring consistency across daily accounting operations.
